L&M | Villa

The villa, located in the province of Rome, stands out for its refined balance between nature, elegance, and functionality.

The project, which focused on redesigning the internal layout of the first floor—approximately 110 square meters—originated from an initial plan that was enhanced through targeted refinements, guided by a shared vision with the clients. The stylistic selection of materials and finishes served as the heart of the design, with an inspirational moodboard laying the foundation for the home’s identity.

Natural stone, wood, and bronze accents form a cohesive narrative that flows seamlessly through each space, creating an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and harmonious. Technological solutions—such as recessed track lighting and an integrated climate control system—enrich the interiors while preserving their aesthetic integrity.

The living area opens into a bright and airy space, where the warmth of wood meets the elegance of metal details. The kitchen, both functional and contemporary, blends fluidly with the living area, while the sleeping quarters are conceived as a sanctuary of calm and freshness, thanks to the use of neutral tones and natural materials.

Every element has been thoughtfully selected, reflecting a meticulous attention to detail. The result is a welcoming, luminous, and timeless space—a home that embodies the taste and lifestyle of those who inhabit it.
